One of the things we’ve learned about the Millennial Generation and their response to the constant change in their world and the increasing pace of technology is that they actually value relationships and connections with family more than previous generations.
Injecting more technology and increasing the pace of learning to the speed they engage with is only one part of what we see as the Future of Learning. The counterpart to this is increasing team learning, creating an atmosphere of trust and respect in the classroom and valuing family relationships and cultural connections and values.
